HR Coordinator (1 Year Contract) Global eBusiness - Bangkok

Our client is one of the fastest-growing online hotel platforms worldwide, listing more than 650,000 hotels and providing services in 38 languages. Their operating headquarters is in Bangkok, where the top team resides, and more than 900 professionals are based there.

As the company grows and attracts more talent, they are looking to hire an HR Coordinator for the HRBP team who can enthusiastically operate a flawless people process. You will work closely with global business sites and the people team to ensure a quality service across 35+ legal entities around the world. You'll bring bundles of energy and can-do attitude to the role and team.

You will be supporting HR Business Partner work to provide advice to people managers on HR related matters and to develop scalable HR solutions.

  • Respond to questions from managers and employees in an accurate and timely way and gather input to make process improvements
  • Create, maintain and monitor specific people management cases /questions and ensure that these are handled correctly and timely
  • Carry out data driven analysis and advise on (BU or Region related) HR questions
  • Identify most common questions asked by managers, maintain FAQ's, create suggestions for improvement
  • Own HRBP products/projects assigned by HRBP from definition to launch
  • Draft international policies / guidelines with HRBP's consultation
  • Continually pursue ways to improve existing processes and implement best practices
  • Research country specific information, identifying market practices & benchmarks
  • Handle administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound understanding of overall HR function will be appreciated
  • Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Proven experience or interest in labour law will be appreciated
