A Fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a leading Travel Organisation in their modern offices in the heart of the City.

Job Description:
The purpose of the role is to provide full administrative support to a Hotel Contractor and other members of the Contracts and Purchasing Team with a primary focus on the maintenance of data within the department.
- Inputting data such as rates and allotment details on our in-house computer system
- Making travel arrangements and appointments with hoteliers for the hotel contractors
- Preparing and printing of statistics
- Analysing and comparing rates of suppliers and competitors
- Preparing hotel contracts and documents
- Meeting and greeting visiting hoteliers
- Completing general correspondence and filing

Experience required:
- A person with some experience in the travel industry or equivalent
- A European language beneficial but not essential
- Good numeracy and accuracy skills
- Ability to work under pressure and willing to meet deadlines
- Good keyboard skills and experience of using Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work on their own or as part of a team
- Friendly and efficient telephone manners
- A sound knowledge of geography and currencies
- Professional with excellent interpersonal skills
