Travel Consultant - Ground Services - Central London

JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be working in the operations team. The successful candidate will be liaising with clients, various hotels and other ground arrangement companies making FIT bookings. Hours are Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and ideally some experience within the travel industry.

*Excellent attention to detail
*Customer service skills
*Professional with excellent interpersonal skills
*Computer literate with sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) applications
*Ability to work independently and within a team
*Experience within the travel industry or equivalent
