Do you have experience in administration? Are you able to provide high levels of customer service and attention to detail at all times? My client is a specialist travel tour operator who are currently looking for an administrator to support their travel sales consultants during their very busy period. This three month contract will give you experience of working within a travel company and there is a great basic salary on offer for the right candidate.

*Provide specialist administrative support for client documentation pre and post departure
*Ensure a professional and positive image of the company is portrayed at all times.
*Respond to e-mails and help out taking calls as/when required
*Deal with all enquiries efficiently and effectively
*Deal with confidential, sensitive information in an appropriate manner
*Produce a wide range of documentation- letters, emails, tickets and reports.
*Project a smart, professional image and attitude at all times.

*Ideally a background within the travel industry however this is not essential
*Experience of working in an admin role or a consultant looking for a change
*You be forward thinking and have the ability to work to strict deadlines
*Experience of offering a high level of customer service
*Most importantly you will have a keen eye for detail and excellent written English skills

The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary in the region of £15000 pro rata, this is a 3 month contract and my client is ideally looking for someone to start ASAP and can hit the ground running!
