In this diverse role, you will support a range of customers, which will include suppliers (luxury hotels), internal colleagues and travellers. These 3 areas are key to the success of the business and will ensure that everything runs smoothly. You will deal with customers post-booking, so to amend reservations and handle special requests. Internally, you will provide support to the sales/reservations teams who may have queries relating to the booking tools and availability. The supplier element will be the most varied and will involve being the point of contact for onboarding hotels, making sure the company has rate parity and that full availability is live for the forthcoming 12 months.

You will need a travel background, able to handle pressure, think on your feet, have amazing customer service skills and be tech savvy. The role would suit someone working in a similar role or those looking to move from sales to a role in customer service and product.

This role is on a full-time basis on a rotating shift schedule, incorporating five out of seven days a week from 7am to 5pm. It is likely you will work 2 weekends per month.
