Are you a Bilingual English, Italian and French speaker?

If so, my client are an independently owned specialist travel company who provides luxury properties to a niche destinations in the Mediterranean. Their properties are amongst the best quality and equipped in the market. Over the next few years, this successful company will continue its exciting expansion plans to move the business onto a completely new level. This is an opportunity for the successful multilingual candidate to make their mark, so we are looking for a fluent Italian and French speaker who is ambitious and keen to progress, demonstrating knowledge, initiative and the drive to prove themselves, whilst contributing to the company's continued evolution.

Overview:

Reporting to the Pre-Departure Manager, you will use your language skills to help their clients organise the details of their holiday once they have confirmed their booking. The role covers a wide range of duties so flexibility is essential, as is good attention to detail, fluency in Italian and French whilst working under pressure. Job Description:
*Ensure all brochures and other mailings requested are sent as and when required
*Ensure all clients receive an accurate information pack by the due date
*Establish and maintain pre-booking contact with your clients
*Collect all necessary information from clients and provide detailed information to owners and Local Managers to ensure that the client's needs are met
*Liaise with suppliers for bookings (send email with numbers/times according to prearranged format/timing) as required
*Liaise with local suppliers, owners and Local Managers to accommodate special requests and deal with objections
*Work with the Local Managers to design and develop new revenue streams and business Relationships
*Discover and develop new business relationships with new suppliers for new services/products
*Study ways to promote and develop sales for new products
*Manage day to day contacts with suppliers etc. where required
*Study all our properties and products so you are able to describe them in detail and sell them to clients
*Gain a good understanding of the areas for which you are responsible for so you are able to give accurate information to our clients regarding the area, travel connections etc
*Use your initiative in looking actively for ways in which to improve the operations of the business and fulfil any other duties that may be reasonably expected to fall within your role

Skills Required:
*You will have an excellent level of Italian, French and English. Fluency in Portuguese would be an advantage but is not essential
*You will have a friendly and professional manner in person and over the phone
*You must be a confident and articulate communicator with fantastic listening skills
*You'll need to demonstrate excellent writing skills to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate written guides, letters and emails
*You will be incredibly organised, diplomatic and have great attention to detail
*You will need to be able to demonstrate a genuine, collaborative working style
*Extensively travelled The Mediterranean

Salary:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive starting salary of £20 - £22k+ commission and bonus

Hours:

Monday - Friday; 9am - 6pm
