We are delighted to be working with a hugely successful niche tour operator. Our client is a family-owned company with an extensive global portfolio of touring and cruising products. Delivering some of the most exciting touring itineraries weather that be cruising, air or rail tours to their clients they have carved a reputation within this sector as being one of the leaders in their field.
As a Product & Commercial Executive you will be the lynch pin for the business, covering many different aspects from product, purchasing, administration, reporting/MI and agency sales.
Some of the responsibilities of this travel job include, loading contracts to the system, analysing sales trends, product training, supporting the field sales team with MI and promotional material, competitor analysis; being the go to person internally for any product queries, as well as keeping track on promotional activity and reporting back to the business, plus so much more…
The ideal candidate for this newly created travel job would be someone who is currently working for a tour operator or online travel agent either in a product, commercial, contracting or operational capacity. It will require a candidate that has excellent attention to detail and have the ability to read an interpret figures or sales reports.
As a product and commercial executive you will be given adhoc tasks to complete so day to day the role will go above and beyond the role profile. Its definitely a job in tour operating for someone that can multitask and be happy operating in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
