RESORT / HOTEL MANAGER
£34,000 - £36,0000 PLUS BONUS

A gorgeous resort, part of a luxury breaks group, is looking to recruit a hands-on General Manager who leads by example in all areas but especially in excellent customer service. Responsible for front of house, housekeeping, food & beverage, operations and maintenance as well as budget, financial and commercial performance, your key to success will be the ability to build and inspire a loyal and supportive team.

Requirements:

* Qualification in Hospitality management or similar tourism field
* Experience implementing strategic objectives
* Working knowledge of hotel operations or timeshare / holiday ownership experience is
essential
* Management, leadership and performance development experience of multiple departments
* Excellent customer service standards
* Experience with resort/hotel health & safety, emergency and security standards
* Financial and commercial aptitude including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting,
reporting and cash management
* Property Management identification of issues and ability to make decisions and resolve
* Microsoft office word and excel competency
* Spanish language skills preferred, but not essential
