Finance Director, Tour Operator, South West London
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a specialist Tour Operator as their Finance Director. You will be a qualified and experienced financial professional, ideally with a Tour Operation or general Travel background.
Finance Director, Responsibilities
You will report to both the Managing Director and the Group Finance Director. You will drive strategic change and lead a finance team of 8 staff based in the UK, France and Greece. You will be responsible for managing the day to day finance department and cash flow forecasting. You will be accountable for the budget strategy and implementation for the Tour Operation Programmes of the group. You will need to review weekly KPI's for key sales and cost areas, review and enhance internal procedures, systems and controls, as well as managing the consolidation of Sales, P&L, Balance sheets and cash flow statements.
Finance Director Skills Required
- CIMI, ACA or ACCA qualified
- Strong excel skills
- Demonstrable Payroll experience
- Flexible to occasionally travel
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership experience
- organised with attention to detail
- Strategic mind-set
