Ski Reservations Manager, London, Salary to £32k plus bonus and benefits
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Ski Sales Manager for a Central London based operator. Ideally you'll have lead a sales team (either manager or assistant) and be passionate about skiing or snowboarding. The role is responsible for driving sales to achieve targets whilst maintaining high levels of customer service. They are offering a competitive salary up to £32k plus a good on target bonus.
Ski Reservations Manager Responsibilities:
Achieve revenue targets for all products
Responsible for effective recruitment and induction of new staff
Initiating, implementing and monitoring incentives and commission programme
Delivering upsell campaigns at point of sale and post booking for all products
Trouble-shooting, problem solving and liaising with clients and agents
Maintain high levels of product knowledge for all programmes
Ski Reservations Manager Requirements:
Strong people management and developmentskills
Ideally a skier or snowboarder
Ability to build and motivate a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to deliver training
Customer service skills
Excellent problem solving
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Ski Reservations Manager Additional Information:
Salary to £32k
Benefits and commission Package
Will involve weekend work and a flexible approach
There may also be holiday embargoes during busy periods.
