Looking for energetic, friendly and highly motivated people to join a growing Client Experience team. The role will involve speaking to guests over the phone and by email to ensure the passenger journey between point of sale and point of departure is of an extremely high service standard. The successful candidate will have previous experience of customer service, be energetic and happy, and must love dealing with and helping customers. Working towards service targets and customer feedback scores, you must be confident and have the ability to manage the customer's expectations and deliver an extremely high standard of service.
Job Role:
*Provide outstanding service for clients between the point of sale and up until the point of departure

The Package:
*A basic salary of £18,000 - £22,000 plus bonus , Travel discounts , Familiarisation trips and other company benefits
