Our Tour Operator client is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to assist the Operations Manager with the day to day running of key aspects of the operations team.
This operational travel job involves overseeing deadlines and ensuring work is effectively prioritised. A hands on approach to help when needed is key to this senior job in travel.
Key areas of this travel job will include overseeing, customer documentation including managing the whole ticketing process, team organisation and pre departure queries. Ideally experience working with Amadeus or another GDS would be an advantage.
You may currently be in a Senior Operations Executive job or Operations Supervisor, looking for more responsibility and a new job in travel in tour operating.
