Our client is a leading luxury villa rental start-up dedicated to uncovering the world’s most luxurious properties, design hotels and villas. Their aim is to simplify the process of booking luxury villas online whilst offering an unparalleled selection of properties from around the world. With a clientele of VIP and elite status they are focused on delivering unique experiences to these high net worth clients; key destinations being Europe, Thailand and the Caribbean.
The ideal candidate will come with a strong travel sales background, preferably concierge, and leadership experience. Villa knowledge would be advantageous for this senior job in luxury travel.
Our client prides itself on its excellent customer service, therefore being an experienced travel sales person will come naturally to you in order to deliver their client base that first class service that is expected. With the company being a start-up it will take a special sort of individual to work in this environment and someone who can think outside the box and work with adhoc projects. You will need excellent attention to detail, understanding that clients with this level of spend expect every part of their holiday to meet their high standards and expectations. People management is a key part of this senor travel job.
