Do you have Conference and Events experience and available over the next few months?
Would you like to work for a major player in the Business Travel & Conference and Events industry and now they are looking for an experienced Conference Consultant to join their team at their prestigious offices based in Surrey/Hampshire. If you have excellent experience of corporate events and venue finding

The Job:
As a Conference Consultant you will be providing efficient servicing of UK and overseas venue finding, event planning and related requirements on behalf of a major client. Service that will be perceived as excellent in a team environment. You will be looking after a wide range of events from small meetings with as little as 2 delegates up to a large overseas conference with 200-300 delegates.

Your role will include but not limited to the following duties.
*Customer Service by phone, email and face to face where required
*Venue Finding, sourcing suitable venues according to client specification
*Negotiating Rates with suppliers to the advantage of client and the company
*Proposal & Confirmation documentation preparation
*Contract Negotiating
*Site Inspections and occasional provision of on-site assistance

Experience Required:
To be considered for this role of Conference Consultant, you must have the following.

*Good UK & Overseas venue/destination knowledge
*Conference planning experience
*Positive & helpful attitude in all avenues
*A team player with excellent customer service skills
*Strong organisational skills
*Previous use of Meetings Manager or CVent would be a bonus

The Package:
