A leading Travel Management Company based in East Kilbride are looking for an Assistant Manager that will support in ensuring maximum service levels to customers, internal departments and suppliers by effectively managing your employees, ensuring a consistency of service levels.

As an Assistant Manager, some of your duties include:

Support your line manager in ensuring that all operational employees know what is expected of them in terms of targets, standards and KPIs, and that you effectively help to monitor their performance to ensure compliance.

Ensure that all agreed processes and products are introduced and utilised to the maximum efficiency and then monitored for adherence.

Assist the Manager to deal with employee issues including, but not restricted to - recruitment, absence and performance matters and consult with the HR department where necessary.

The ideal candidate must have Business Travel experience in a Supervisory/ Managerial role, experience in working in Events within a Travel Environment is desired.
