Leading provider of travel technology services to the leisure travel and business travel industry is seeking a Customer Support executive to join their expanding team, to offer front line support to customers through telephone, email and online support methods. This is a great opportunity to join the growing sector of online booking tools and being a key part of their evolution. You will gain training and knowledge of administering travel technology products whilst aiming to resolve queries in a timely manner.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Complete client queries to a high standard and within deadlines agreed with the Support Manager
-Involvement with testing of new products and updates to existing ones to ensure their functionality prior to release.
-Keep up to date with the product and its technology, and suggesting improvements where appropriate
- Prioritise issues and problems in an effective manner, escalating where necessary and managing customers' expectations throughout.
-Maintain customer and company information within the company's CRM system, ensuring relevance and accuracy.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate will be dynamic and innovative who has a keen interest in technology. You will ideally come from a travel background with an understanding of travel related systems.

THE PACKAGE:
Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience, working office hours, Mon-Fri 09.00 - 5.30 with free onsite parking and 30 days holiday including public holidays .Excellent working environment and great career progression.
