One of the best known luxury travel clubs around is looking for a Transport Co-ordinator, based at its UK head office in London.

With almost 18 million members already signed up for its weekly luxury travel offers (offering up to 70% discount on hotels and resorts throughout the world as well as special flight, car hire and transfer discounts to create packages), the successful candidate will be working for one of the most distinguished brands in this specialist sector.

We are looking for someone who LOVES to travel, and someone who has some experience of working within the travel industry.


The main duties of this Transport Co-ordinator job include, but are not limited to:

*Monitor sales activity and sales performance
*Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of key airline, car hire and transfer
partners, growing sales and negotiating tactical offers and allocations
*Negotiate marketing funds from suppliers
*Co-ordinate promotions which include air travel, car hire and transfers
*Assisting other departments including ticketing, air fares and refunds


For this Transport Co-ordinator job, we are looking for someone who has experience of working within the travel industry, and who has the following skills, knowledge and experience:

*Analytical approach, organised, thrives on challenges and pressure
*Able to multitask; is level-headed, creative and loves problem solving
*Attention to detail skills
*IATA level 2 (preferred)
*GDS skills - ideally Amadeus, but we will consider all GDS experience
