Regional Sales Manager
Regional Sales Manager - South West Required for this well known cruise company. They are looking for an experienced account manager or business development manager from the luxury travel market, ideally with some cruise knowledge. They will pay up to £33,000 basic + £5,000 car allowance and a fantastic bonus based on passengers numbers and increased revenue.
Regional Sales Managers duties
-Direct and monitor communication between internal sales and agent group to ensure a regular communication of the companies tactical initiatives/product launches and enhancements.
-Conduct regular in person sales calls on a pre-planned weekly and monthly basis in the South West Region
-Develop independent sales/marketing promotional plan to support regional revenue target achievement.
-Manage assigned sales expenditure budget for each account to ensure most cost effective return on investment.
-Set-up and all ongoing training & educationals.
-Ensure that agent database is regularly updated in all internal systems.
-Produce regular feedback for Senior Management on agent activity (by monthly reports).
-Negotiate commercial terms with key appointed agents including commission, & staff incentives.
-Ensure ongoing communication of sales/marketing initiatives to all retail travel agents & wholesalers in the territory.
-Represent the company at relevant trade shows and conferences as agreed.
Regional Sales managers skills required
-RSM, Account management or Business development experience within the luxury travel market, ideally with some cruise experience.
-Proven track record of sales and account management
-Strong communication skills
-Able to identify customer needs and exceed client expectations.
-Strong commercial acumen
-Working remotely and flexible hours
-Clean driving license
