Call Centre Sales Manager
Our client is an established online travel agent specialising in offering 3-5* beach holidays. Trading for more than 10 years has meant commercials with hotel providers and airlines are competitive which can be passed onto the customers to ensure their products are competitive. Priding themselves on service, value and quality our client has a loyal customer base that return time and time again.
Reporting into the founders of the business, our client is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their established and well-formed team. In this Sales Manager job in travel, you will be tasked with managing the call centre sales consultants and their homeworking network.
As a call centre Sales Manager, the successful candidates will be a sales focused and results driven individual with the ability to drive performance through effective leadership skills and motivation. Analysing call conversions and ensuring the team are meeting business objectives is main responsibility of this sales job, in addition to this the Sales Manager will carry out sales technique training, take responsibility for the rota, initiating sales creative and effective incentives for staff motivating and ensuring key routes are being pushed through the website and over the phone.
This is a customer orientated job in travel, where you will tasked with managing escalated complaints and customer queries, so a cool and calm head is required.
Ideally you will have gained extensive experience in a call centre job environment or have been in a senior travel job where you have managed homeworkers. You may currently be working for a similar travel business or a tour operator as a Sales Manager, Sales Team Leader, Sales Supervisor or a Call Centre Manager.
