Are you experienced working in a fast paced Call Centre environment, selling products and services? Do you have experience in upselling, cold / warm calling or telesales? If you thrive on working towards and being rewarded financially this could be the right move for you. My client, an award winning travel insurance company is looking for money motivated Sales Consultants that who are able to exceed targets to join their expanding team in Essex. The best Sales Consultants are able to turn a lead into a confirmed booking. You will have a good telephone manner, excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed sales targets. IMMEDIATE STARTERS PREFERRED FOR THIS ROLE!

Key Responsibilities

*To effectively handle inbound calls.
*To achieve personal sales and performance targets and contribute to overall company sales targets and objectives.
*Identify needs and cross sell to maximise sales.
*To manage customer service enquiries in alignment with our customer service goals.
*Manage sensitive and complex data in line with Data Protection and update customer records accurately.
*Demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of the business from time to time.

Skills Required

*Experience in a sales environment within a Call Centre
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Goal orientated and target driven
*Committed to excellent customer service.
*Professional telephone manner.
