Attention all experienced Australia and New Zealand Travel Consultants, a unique opportunity has arisen to work Monday - Friday in the Leisure industry, that means no more long weekends and shifts!!!!

Previous experience using a CRS is required, including flight reservations and fare knowledge.


JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Handle enquiries and reservations from customers, including offering expert advice from your personal travel experiences
*Tailor making the dream holiday taking into consideration all the customers' needs
*Offer advice and options, where appropriate, for each itinerary and tour
*Have a full understanding of the brochure, its contents and booking conditions.
*Follow up quotes given to clients/agents to ensure that maximum number of quotes are converted to bookings.
*Give customers accurate information about visa and passport requirements; health and vaccinations.
*Carry out full research for each customer to ensure that the best possible service is provided


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Experience of CRS (Galileo preferred)
*Extensive relevant travel experience throughout Australia and New Zealand
*Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
*Experience of costing and planning tailor made tours and itineraries an advantage
*Organised, accurate, methodical and ability to work to tight deadlines
*Ability to work effectively under pressure


THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary up £27,000 plus commission AND Monday - Friday working hours, 9.30 - 18.00.
