Content Operations Specialist, Global eCommerce - Bangkok

We are looking for an energetic, smart, curious and detail-oriented candidate with a mindset of building and optimising quality content for our client, one of the world's most successful travel companies.

As a Content Operations Specialist, you will be supporting some of the content development projects in order to optimise the quality of content on the company's website. You will conduct market and competitor research initiatives to help optimise user experience, and support other cross-departmental projects and initiatives.

This is a full-time position in Content Team based in Bangkok, Thailand office, reporting to the Content Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Content product development projects by reviewing and editing data, conducting product research vs. other market solutions, and driving feedback to help optimise content and user experience
  • Ensure web page content is maintained to the highest quality standards.
  • Handle support tasks as a part of content cross-departmental projects and activities.
  • Support content intake and upkeep in back-end content management system.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English both speaking and writing
  • Proactive, friendly, with a sense of responsibility, and can work independently
  • Flexibility, accuracy and an eye for detail
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, and Internet)
  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited university
  • Team player, motivated and enjoys working in e-travel and hospitality
  • Business focused; positive attitude
