THE JOB:
*To manage accounts, with particular focus on the retention of existing clients through effective engagement activity.
*To promote the benefits of the business to new and existing clients
*To provide support and advice to clients
*To identify and develop commercial opportunities and new business
*To plan, implement and maintain a programme of engagement
*To create and implement account management plans.
*To plan, implement and manage the promotion of a range of products and services
*To attend relevant travel industry events
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Account Management / partnership management Experience
*Business travel and corporate travel industry knowledge
*Experience managing high end corporate accounts
*Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication (including presentation) skills
*Experience of developing, managing and implementing engagement plans
*Creative thinking and analytical skills
*Ability to develop strategy, policy and procedures
*Ability to manage deadlines and apply quality measurements
*Negotiation and Marketing Skills
*Knowledge of the Travel Industry
THE PACKAGE:
In return the successful candidate can expect a salary up to £38,000 along with personal benefits, recognition vouchers, social events, healthcare and pension scheme.
