Product Manager - Non UK
Reporting in to the Commercial Director, this Product Manager job in travel will devise and implement a non-domestic product delivery strategy. Focusing on non UK customers, our client is looking to hire a proven and successful Product Manager that has experience in product development for the USA, Canada and Australia.
As a Product Manager this travel job will be responsible the accurate pricing, product delivery, brochure/web content, managing relationships with in market tour operator or agencies to ensure your product is being maximised in each market. The product in these markets will differ to the UK so the successful candidate will have knowledge of the buying patterns in these markets.
In addition to the delivery of the product offering, the Product Manager job will be to analyse sales and look at competitor activity to ensure the product is competitive and in line with the market.
You may currently be working in a tour operator job that works in markets outside of the UK as a Product Manager or Product Executive. This travel job offers variety and the opportunity to champion these markets.
Product Manager - Cruise
Reporting into the Head of Product, this Product Manager travel job will be responsible for implementing a product and pricing strategy for our clients Cruise program. The role will involve managing commercial partnerships with Cruise and River Cruise partners, pricing management, competitor analysis and creating engaging product for our clients Cruise portfolio. T
his is a job in travel that will offer variety and will require someone with a hands on approach to product development. Candidates will ideally come with a Cruise product background, and have a minimum 3-5 years’ experience in managing Cruise partners in a product capacity.
Some of the other responsibilities of the Product Manager, Cruise job include; brochure content, product training to the sales team, FAM trip arrangements, analysing customer feedback, negotiating excellent commercials with cruise partners and managing promotional events.
You may currently be working in a similar job in tour operating or an online travel business, however the successful candidate will certainly need to have a passion and insight for cruise or river cruise. Commercial acumen at a Product Manager level is also equally as important; being the champion and the sole driver for product, it will be the Product Managers job to ensure it is meeting company objectives and targets.
