Sales and Operations Executive (French Speaking)
Our client is a privately owned inbound tour operator, providing a specialist service in organising group travel arrangements for all ages. Student travel, Educational travel, special interest groups including sport and language tours are just some of the tours they create to the highest possible standard for groups from all over the world. Based in fabulous offices in Kent and only 15 minutes commute from Central London.
Our client is looking for a fluent French speaker to manage the sales and operations for the French inbound travel groups. Within this travel job you will be required to respond to all new French group travel enquiries, and manage the tours from enquiry to completion. This will involve taking the brief, booking hotels, coach transfers, attraction visits, guided tours and ensuring the itineraries created meet the client brief.
You will negotiate best rates and identify product improvements or introduce new products to ensure the business offers the most up to-date current products.
This travel job has responsibility for maintaining strong working relationships with new and existing clients and sourcing new business with French clients through phones calls, e-mails, Skype meetings and attending industry specific events to establish new partnerships.
