Customer Support Assistant – 9 Month FTC

As Customer Support Assistant, you will take ownership of customer complaints, by providing dispute resolution support to our sales teams and to our customers during all stages of their holiday, with the aim of customer retention.
You will be working within a team accountable for ensuring outstanding customer experience through personal actions and effective teamwork at every touch point. Part of the role will be to support all other areas in the Customer Experience team as and when required.
You will be communicating with our customers via email, letter or telephone and you will need to be able to match the style of the customer, whilst showing the highest level of accuracy, and presentation.
We are looking for experience in complaints handling and excellent customer service, as well as having strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
