Are you a computer whizz already working on an IT Helpdesk and looking for your next career move? Do you have experience of software systems and IT hardware? Then this is for you!

Working for a luxury tour operator you will be responsible for providing assistance to all IT users.

Responsibilities:

* Field incoming help requests from end users via both telephone and email
* Liaise with IT customers on reported faults to keep them updated on progress
* Record, track and document the help desk request problem-solving process
* Perform hands on fixes at the desktop level, including installing, implementing file backups and configuring systems.
* Perform preventative maintenance on workstations, printers and peripherals
* Apply diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting

You?

* Recent & relevant experience on an IT Helpdesk/Service desk
* Recent experience of providing support for MS Office users
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft products
* Good understanding of IT hardware and software systems
* Be proactive and a excellent team player
* Be flexible as some weekend work is expected
