Customer Service Executive - This award winning and forward thinking organisation that are specialist in the worldwide experience market and deal with some of the most exciting brands on the planet. Join this lovely, dynamic team based in South West London. Salary between £19k-£20k plus bonus and benefits.

Customer Service Executive:
- Answer phone calls in an appropriate and sensitive manner, listening to problems or complaints and addressing any issues
- Helping with dispatches where necessary
- Managing all returns and credits
- Assist in the development and growth of key trade partnerships by providing input and feedback from the front line
- Promote key messages, incentives and product updates at all available opportunities

Customer Service Executive skills:
- Must have previous experience within the travel industry
- Have strong customer service experience
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Innovative and driven
- Highly organised and able to work to deadlines
