An opportunity has arisen for an experienced implementation consultant to join an established global travel technology provider. As the Implementation Consultant core responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting User Workshops with Tour Operators/ Travel Clients

  • Understanding business requirements to recommend configurations

  • Helping with execution and design of test scenarios and test scripts

  • Assisting in producing user manuals and client documentation

  • Working closely with project managers, business analysts, clients, development teams and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be a travel professional with experience working in a with software systems either in an implementation, training or testing role. This role may suit an Operations or Product Manager who has a proven background working with tour operations software who has an interest in travel technology, someone who can be flexible to travel internationally visiting travel clients at least 30% of time.

Second European language would be beneficial, Spanish, German or Italian advantageous but not essential.
