DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
£30,000 - £34,000 PLUS BENEFITS AND BONUS

A leading, international, travel brand is looking to strengthen their marketing team with the recruitment of a dynamic, innovative, effective, commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role requires the candidate to create and implement a strategy that will improve visitors and conversion to enquiry using the complete spectrum of Digital Marketing activities.

Requirements:
*Experienced creating and delivering Digital Marketing strategies
*Prior responsibility for ROI targets linked to marketing - commercially focussed
*Experience managing SEO, PPC and CRO programmes (including via agencies)
*Social Media campaign experience
*CRM and E-mail marketing tools and creating campaigns
*Enjoys research and development to ensure Digital Marketing best practices and new concepts are tested/applied
*Good understanding of web development including design and online conversion optimisation experience / CMS strategies improving the customer journey
*Highly organised with the ability to manage projects through to completion including analytics / assessment
*Proven track record of growing traffic, conversion and online sales through the whole digital spectrum.
*Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to report and create re active and proactive strategies and action plans for improved customer acquisition conversion
*Experience working with agencies and leading digital marketers and web developers
