My client is an established tour operator delivering luxury vacations to group or individual travellers in Europe and Britain and is seeking a Operations Executive. My client was originally established in the US but rebranded in 2014 and has continued its excellence in providing travellers with the best hotels, guides and therefore experiences. Joining this company will give you the chance to join one of the world leader's in luxury travel, renowned for creating unique journeys that feature meaningful cultural encounters, inspiring excursions, and extraordinary access to Europe's most astonishing destinations. Due to their expansion plans they are seeking an Operations Executive to join the travel sales and reservations team in Worcester. The Operations Executive will be doing a wide variety of duties including product contracting and reservations. For further information and duties please see below.

* The role involves extensive coordination and booking of travel arrangements
* The role is extremely diverse and you will be involved in all areas of the business from product contracting to reservations and sales
* Provide detailed itineraries, with meticulous attention to detail
* Able to seize opportunities to grow the business
* Showing commitment to customer service and ensure that all clients return home having had an enriching experience
* Be part of a strong team work ethic
* Keep up to date of industry products.
* Spend time developing strong personable relationships with contacts
* Attend international familiarisation trips
* Work within the limits of the company policies and H&S requirements

* Ideally commercially aware and be well travelled within Europe
* A naturally proactive, quick thinker
* Previous experience of working within the travel industry
* Experience of European travel
* Superb rapport builder and approachable with a fabulous telephone manner, used to working in an upmarket/luxury environment.
* Able to build successful relationships
* You will need to be systems savvy as you will be using MS Office, CRM and in-house reservations systems.
* Excellent communication skills
* Happy and able to work on their own
* I.T skills
* A second European language would be a bonus
* Ideally a clean driving licence
* Excellent organisational, planning and administrative skills
* Event management and planning experience would be beneficial

This is a very competitive salary in the range of £20-25k including international fam trips and further training.
