Inside sales cordinator
Inside sales coordinator - Required for this niche upmarket travel company based in a great location in central London. They are looking for an experienced inside sales coordinator/Sales support agent and will pay up to £27,000 + bonus and amazing benefits including free cruise, pension, health care and 23 days holidays.
Inside sales coordinators duties
-Support Regional Field Sales Managers to stimulate sales and grow and maintain the companies share of business within the territory for both existing and new agent partners by forging strong relationships and delivering account support functions focused around customer service.
-Provide information, solve problems and generally service trade B2B account partners by phone and/or email in a professional and efficient manner
-Through account support, drive 'soft sailings' and promote key messages on product, promotions and tactical messages based on regular reviews review of pricing, availability and current offers
-Manage new account set ups, detail agency partner interactions and maintain accurate records (ie ATOL agreements, self-billing agreements, commercial contracts) and databases using company supported CRM tools and processes.
-Create and Manage trade group and net rate requests in line with revenue management guidelines
-Support the trade and sales team with distribution of brochures, collateral and POS material
Inside sales coordinators skills required
-Previous experience in travel industry is a must, in a similar role
-Proficient in English. Other European language an advantage but not essential
-Proficient in Microsoft software including Word and PowerPoint. Good understanding of Excel
-Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to forge relationships
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Must be well organised and detail orientated
-Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks accordingly
