The position of Head of Mobile Marketing is a senior travel job reporting into the Online Marketing Director. This is also a newly created position which will allow lots of scope for the successful candidate to create an exciting senior travel job within this global organisation.
The Head of Mobile Marketing job will be to take ownership and responsibility for the traffic being driven to the mobile app and the desktop site, acquiring new visitors and championing creative and innovate marketing campaigns to ensure target and objective are being met. The traffic will be coming through various media channels, working with agencies to drive these acquisitions.
The profile of the candidate, will be someone with extensive mobile app experience either inside or outside of the travel industry. You may currently be working for a business where the mobile is your product or main source of revenue. The hiring manager would also consider a candidate with experience of working for an agency that creates and markets mobile apps. But fundamentally, the successful candidate will be clued up on all things mobile and display marketing and have a sound understanding of this discipline. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of success in a senior display and mobile job.
