Leading provider of bespoke holiday products, based in Chester city centre, is seeking a team leader to look after their Live Chat Team. You will need to have relevant experience of working in a Live Chat environment within a call centre, as well as having strong negotiation skills and written communication.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
* You are required to motivate, develop and drive a team to success
* Deliver the highest levels of conversion, customer service, quality and support for the website
* Responsible for managing shifts within the operations department
* Have extensive knowledge in managing people
* Promoting and driving change in an organisation
* Improve results within the team, delivering exceptional customer service and quality in the area

EXPERIENCE:
* Call centre team leader/management experience
* Experience of dealing with or working in a live chat environment
* Experience of driving results and motivating a team
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent website knowledge

PACKAGE:
* Competitive salary of £16k PA
* Holiday allowance starting at 20 rising to 25 with service plus bank holidays.
