Are you an experienced Sales Coach currently working in the Tourism industry? Are you passionate in helping people in developing their career? Then this is for you!

Working for this luxurious operator you will be responsible for conducting sales coaching to new and existing employees.

Responsibilities:

* Coach each consultant individually to assess their ability in order to maximise sales
* Design and implement a full training infrastructure
* Review and update training policies on an annual basis
* Communicate and interact effectively at all levels both internally and externally
* Ensure all staff receive ongoing sales trainings and provide follow up thereafter

You:

* Previous experience of coaching/training in a travel sales environment
* Experience in travel or hospitality sales both inbound and outbound
* Have excellent understanding of the sales process
* Ambitious, Passionate and results driven.
* Proven ability to drive sales
* Be able to work under pressure and towards targets
* Strong leadership skills
* Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
