VISA CONSULTANT
TRAVEL MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LONDON
TO £22K PLUS BENEFITS

A very successful travel management company with offices throughout the UK and overseas is looking for a Visa Consultant to join its London team.

Working within a very busy, niche team, the visa consultant will be responsible for managing the full visa application process for travellers (to worldwide locations), including assisting with applications, arrangements with embassies and couriers, plus arranging visa payments and document dispatch.

Key skills include:

*Handle all stages of the visa application process
*Responsible for incoming calls and emails with regards to visa applications
*Keep files up to date and accurate
*Maintain relationships with internal departments and external partners (embassies,
couriers etc.)
*Work with your colleagues to achieve monthly targets
*Provide an efficient service, prioritising your workload and handling any issues
effectively
*Support the team manager with any additional duties related to the team

Candidates for this Visa Consultant vacancy should have the following skills and experience:

*At least 2 years' experience in a similar visa-processing position
*Superb communications skills
*Confidence and competence when liaising with embassies and couriers
*Be aware of industry terminology, translating this into understandable English
*A proactive work approach
*Superb decision-making skills
*Meticulous attention to detail


We'd particularly welcome those with an additional language, and with GDS skills, however this isn't essential.
