New Frontiers are supporting our Travel Industry Client, a fast and growing company who are looking to recruit a Data Entry/Content administrator to join their hotel department, based in North London. You will be a Scandinavian or Nordic Speaker

As a Data Entry/Content Administrator you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:

Main Duties

  • Loading and maintaining of hotel contracts as well as add on services into our in-house computer system
  • Requesting and loading rates for attractions and entrances in the UK and Ireland
  • Establishing and updating records of correspondence related to contract activity
  • Updating rates throughout the season and loading of offers and promotions and make sure all agents are updated accordingly
  • Review availability on a weekly basis and update system
  • Uploading hotel pictures onto online reservations system and reviewing descriptions
  • Creating and correcting codes and services into our in-house computer system

Data Entry/Content Administrator skill attributes:

  • A person with some experience in the travel/Hotel industry
    • Attention to detail, accuracy and precision
    • Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook)
    • Good understanding of numbers
    • Excellent command of the English language, Nordic or Scandinavian Speaker
