Our client is currently seeking a Call Centre Manager to work within a busyTravel telesales department. The Call Centre manager will be responsible for an office based holiday sales team plus some remote workers.(circa 16)They require a candidate with sales management experience within the tour operating or OTA environment with a proven track record in call centre inbound work.
The Call Centre Manager will diligently maintain sales conversion targets, motivate the team and handle various elements direct with customers.
Working hours are shift based and include weekends on a rotation basis. In return a competitive package is on offer and immediate interviews taking place.
