We are looking for a focused, passionate and enthusiastic Marketing Executive who will use their own initiate, leading on activities and making recommendations for improving the digital marketing process in order to grow the sales pipeline. The successful candidate must be a forward-thinking team player, current on the latest trends in technology, able to multi-task and meet deadlines.

The role:
*You will be responsible for implementing the marketing campaign calendar,
*You must be able to execute marketing activities across our social media channels and open up new channels when necessary,
*You will be responsible for designing targeted and weekly email campaigns with our CRM software.
*You will coordinate website development, promotions and press relations,
*You will write blog content using SEO strategies
*Optimising Google Adwords campaigns (PPC search and display),
*Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of communications and suggesting improvements for future activity
*The successful candidate will be able to conceptualise and create marketing collaterals for events and exhibitions
*Establish and nurture relationships with tourist boards and suppliers, ensuring the continuation of and in some cases creation of joint marketing ventures.
*Supervise 2 junior staff.


Required skills and experience:
*Luxury Travel marketing experience is essential
*At least 2-3 years' experience working within a marketing department, with good knowledge of the latest trends and best practice
*Fluent written and spoken English to be successful in this role
*Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

*CRM system skills
*Microsoft Office and Basic Computer skills
*Well organised and able to prioritise tasks

*Knowledge of HTML and video tools is an advantage
