HR Manager, Tour Operator, Surrey
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a very reputable Tour Operator as their HR Manager. They are looking for an HR generalist and someone who would see this as a great opportunity.
HR Manager Responsibilities
You will be providing comprehensive HR generalist, operations and training support to the business, reporting to the Head of HR. You will assist in developing an effective implementation of HR strategy and ensure the utmost professional HR service to the company. You will be accountable for managing the day to day HR operations and service delivery as well as being involved in the training, to implement any development agenda and identify areas that need improvement. You will lead and develop different HR projects, support colleagues on employee relations and manage HR metrics.
HR Manager Skills Required
- Experience in managing a HR team
- Demonstrable experience as an HR Generalist
- Strong understanding on employment law
- Experience in managing employee relations- redundancy, Grievance, disciplinary and TUPE.
- Project Management experience
- Practiced at managing HR analytics
- Budgetary management experience
- Commercially focussed
- Solution focussed approach
