A service provider for the travel industry, working within the corporate and business travel sector.

As a Head of Sales you will take a leading role in supporting and mentoring a team of Business Development Manager and Account Directors. These individuals are all home based, some of which are established in their roles and some that are fairly new to the business.

The ideal candidate for this senior corporate travel job, will be someone that has worked at a senior level for either a TMC or a Corporate Travel business, coming with a wealth of leadership experience and the ability to implement and deliver an end to end sales strategy. You may be asked to step in to senior negotiations with new business or a contract renewal with an existing client, a strong commercial head is essential in the position.

Analysing sales and business performance will be second nature to the successful candidate, as well as the performance of the team, ensuing KPI’s are set and being met.

You may currently be working as a Senior Sales Manager or a Head of Sales for a Travel Management Company or Airline but what is essential for this Head of Sales job is your network in the corporate and Business Travel arena.
