Reporting into the Head of Product, this Product Manager travel job will be responsible for implementing a product and pricing strategy for our clients Cruise program. The role will involve managing commercial partnerships with Cruise and River Cruise partners, pricing management, competitor analysis and creating engaging product for our clients Cruise portfolio. This is a job in travel that will offer variety and will require someone with a hands on approach to product development. Candidates will ideally come with a Cruise product background, and have a minimum 3-5 years’ experience in managing Cruise partners in a product capacity.
Some of the other responsibilities of the Product Manager, Cruise job include; brochure content, product training to the sales team, FAM trip arrangements, analysing customer feedback, negotiating excellent commercials with cruise partners and managing promotional events.
You may currently be working in a similar job in tour operating or an online travel business, however the successful candidate will certainly need to have a passion and insight for cruise or river cruise. Commercial acumen at a Product Manager level is also equally as important; being the champion and the sole driver for product, it will be the Product Managers job to ensure it is meeting company objectives and targets.
