Have you recently graduated within travel and tourism and are keen to take your first step in to the travel industry? Then look no further! We have an exciting opportunity based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The role as a Junior Client Support Administrator is a fantastic chance to get your foot in the door with this well-established travel company who offer Monday - Friday working hours!

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
*Support the sales team with administration duties
*Using appropriate technology to perform daily tasks
*Invoicing clients in multi currencies for all travel
*Prepare daily figures and travel reports for clients
*Answering the phone and transferring
*Assist with monthly invoicing and data entry
*Supporting other members of the team as and when required

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Strong attention to detail and a complete commitment to accuracy
*Ability to communicate across all levels of the business
*Ability to be flexible and multi task, working to deadlines
*Excellent ICT skills including Excel
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*A willingness to learn
*Maths and English GCSE

THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate can expect a basic salary, full in house training and staff discount of worldwide holidays after successfully completing their probation period.

Hours of work - Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm with one hour for lunch.
