Events Assistant Team Leader working for a large established Business Travel Company based in Yorkshire. Are you experienced in Event Travel Management, Planning Corporate meetings and events? This role is a Monday - Friday office hours with excellent career progression.

JOB DESCRIPTION
My Client based in Yorkshire is recruitment an Assistant lead Team leader to work within the event management department. You will manage venue finding, and meeting and events coordination for Key Event management clients. Also conduct business in an efficient and professional manner whilst adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Work closely with the Team Leader and the wider ETM team to ensure the highest level of client service.
- Oversee the day to day operational running of the key client team and ensure that the venue Consultants provide efficient and professional venue sourcing and meeting services.
- Line management of your team, including monthly 1-2-1s training and KPI reviews
- Preparation and management of venue and client contracts and payments
- Supplier relationship management and negotiation.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
You will need working experience in planning of corporate meetings and events, excellent organisational skills and a good team player.
Ideally you will have previous line management experience but this is not essential.

INTERESTED;
Salary is depending on experience. Hours are Monday - Friday shifts between 8.30am and 6pm.
