Contracts Manager - A unique opportunity to work for a specialist, members-only travel company that provide properties to rent across the UK and Europe. The role is office based near Cambridge with a requirement to travel internationally at times to meet with property owners / agents.
Contracts Manager Responsibilities
Working as part of a small holiday rentals team, you will be responsible for property selection which ranges from 1 bedroom apartments through to 5 bedroom villas with pools. These may be located from the Algarve right across to Cyprus/Turkey and anywhere in between including the UK. You will be responsible for negotiating the best possible commercial terms, H&S inspections, brochure and website productions and contract renewals.
Contracts Manager Skills Required
- Must have a background in contracting properties whether that's hotels or private accommodation
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Additional European languages a distinct advantage (but not essential)
- Flexible to travel nationally and internationally as part of the role
- Able to work towards tight deadlines
- Must have UK driving licence
Contracts Manager Package
A competitive basic salary of between £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience), a company car and pension contributions
