What We Offer:

£18,000.00 per year plus a fantastic commission structure earning up to £25,000.00 per year.

Full training provided with career progression within 6 months based on effort, KPI’s and converted deals with an OTE £40k.

Shift patterns available 09:30 - 18:00 or 11:30 - 20:00, weekends on a rota basis 09:00 - 17:00.

Overtime available.

Pension and 28 days holiday.

Located in brand new offices with a free car park.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound telephone sales 
  • Using sales techniques to find out a customer’s requirements
  • Passing deals straight through to a closer
  • Keeping clients up to date with any changes
  • A customer driven and positive individual with a passion for delivering contemporary service
  • Confident and fun personality with a strong commitment to achieve targets and overcome challenges
  • Warm leads only based on existing clients or brochure enquiries.
  • Delivering the very best sales experience for our prospective owners embracing a 'breath of fresh air' approach to sales; selling with integrity, honesty, openness, transparency with the customers' needs being at the heart of what we do.
