National Sales Manager

As a National Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be tasked with leading and directing a team of business development managers. You’ll manage the top level commercial negotiations and to analyse trading, working closely with internal teams such as product and marketing to ensure that campaigns are being communicated effectively through the trade. In addition to this, being the brand ambassador for the business at trade events, conferences and exhibitions.
This is a newly created position with lots of scope to make your own, the National Sales Manager will be inheriting a well-established team who are passionate about the brand and also well networked within their territories.
The ideal candidate for this exciting new travel job will be someone that is commercially strong, with a travel industry background – ideally tour operating, excellent leaderships skills, a self-starter and someone with lots of drive and enthusiasm to want to make a difference.
You may currently be working in a similar role for a travel business, in a B2B sales environment. The team management skills are essential for this senior job in travel.
