An exciting new position has arisen within the RHS Customer and Commercial Department, working with the Groups Travel Consultant to develop and grow group visitors to the RHS’ four gardens, including our flagship RHS Garden Wisley and six shows, including the world’s leading flower show, RHS Chelsea Flower Show

The RHS already welcomes a small number of groups from across the UK and overseas and is now ready to further develop this business, which enables us to then invest the proceeds into our charitable work in education, science and community outreach.  This role will work closely with UK and International Tour Operators and all types of  groups including gardening and social clubs to offer unique visitor experiences at  all of our gardens and shows.

The candidate will be passionate about the leisure industry and customer service, able to work across multi-sites independently and as a member of a team. You will need to be able to create programmes that deliver an unforgettable experience alongside the normal daily activity that each garden must offer every visitor.

You must possess strong commercial acumen and excellent relationship management skills and most of all the desire to deliver an exquisite customer experience that creates wonderful memories for all group visitors. A love of plants and gardening would be of great benefit.
