CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
NEAR CHESTER
SALARY UP TO £18K PLUS BONUS

Fast growing, flight sales, specialist travel company based near Chester are looking for a customer service executive to work in their busy after sales, customer service team.

You will be required to effectively service reservations made with different airline partners, booked through travel organisations or direct consumers via the telephone, email or internet and to manage those bookings effectively, whilst also delivering exceptional levels of customer service.

The department operates between the hours of 8.00am and 7.00pm, Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 3.00pm on Saturday (shifts are worked on a rota basis).

Group interviews will be held on Thursday 13th July in either the morning or afternoon, so ideally only those able to attend on this date should apply.

Required skills for this role:-

*Travel industry experience
*Ability to make decisions and work on own initiative
*Time management and organisational skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Knowledge of Microsoft office applications
*Knowledge of travel GDS and ticketing preferred
