Do you want to work for a large travel industry group with links to the Leisure and Corporate markets? Do you have experience in promoting or selling travel industry products or services to the corporate travel sector?
We are recruiting for an International Partnership Manager now to work in London for this award winning travel group.

The Job:
As the International Partnership Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing the international clients. Ensuring greater cohesion, engagement and interaction between members and suppliers alike. Working together to gain support of the products as well as to provide input into the development of the network.
You will also use your experience to mentor the role of Partnership Development Executive who nurtures the UK in the same way as this role does overseas.

Duties include:
*Grow and improve the networking, engagement, participation and interaction between the country partners
*Grow the international network by sourcing suitable quality TMC partners
*Manage the expectations and working relationships of existing TMC partners in the international network
*Create clear strategies of development for member partners, especially within the sales engagement process
*Engage with international members to promote all programmes, providing training to relevant staff through webinars and online training media
*Create and maintain a central library for templates/RFP's, collateral and documentation
*Provide and maintain all relevant contact and partner data for the overall global network
*Create a PR and communication plan as well as manage the on-going communication to and with member partners
*Provide suitable and engaged communications and associated material to support the network, all programmes and programme-related events
*Develop the portfolio of products to ensure that it meets the requirements of members
*Analyse statistics to assess trends, establish opportunities and develop support of programmes
*Undertake some third-party supplier partnership management
*Mentor the development of the Partnership Development Executive who focusses on engagement with the UK as well as the Local Experts programme
*Develop and maintain close working relationship with fellow team members to ensure programmes are consistently promoted across the network
*Nurture relationships across the business, including sales, IT, marketing and business development

Experience Required:
*Working in a medium to large Business Travel / Travel Management Company
*International exposure
*Influencing and sales skills

*Working independently with autonomy, and a good team worker
*Planning and organisation
*Adaptability and flexibility
*Presenting to groups
*Reporting and analysing MI data

The Package:
The salary for this position will be dependant on experience in the range of
£45,000 - £49,000 per annum plus benefits
